In a wonderfully calming space, filled with scented candles and calming sounds we can work together to guide you through a truly personal yoga experience. These sessions can also be in your own home, at the beach, wherever you would like to practice to make the most of each session.

This truly magical and immersive sound healing experience is one which will change your complete mood, dive you into deep relaxation which will resonate through your entire day. Using sound through a variety of instruments, changing your brain waves from Theta (busy state) to Beta (calm state), let the sound wash over your entire body. This personalised practice combines sound with gentle Hatha yoga movements, nourishing the entire spine, creating openness through hips and melting tension from each muscle. These sessions can also be in your own home, at the beach, wherever you would like to practice to make the most of each session. These sessions can be enjoyed individually or with a partner/friend/whoever you like.

Sports massage with its variety of techniques specifically targets points of tension within the muscles. For muscle performance, injury rehabilitation and prevention, this massage increases blood flow, encouraging the body to recover and repair. Aiding the release of lactic acid, sports massage improves muscle performance, increases range of motion and flexibility. Whether your shoulders are tight from typing on a computer all day, training at the gym or training for an event, sports massage is for EVERYONE. The perfect way to nourish your body into recovery, and excel your next performance.

Deep tissue massage a few days before an event is a good way to release any tension
from intense training leading up to your event. Relaxing both body and mind and
getting you into the right headspace for your event.
Pre event massage on the day of the event is great for those performing events such
as marathons; vigorous techniques will warm and kick start the muscles to aid your
performance. This will increase blood supply, enhance mobility, and help calm nerves
and anxiety.

Post-Event Sports Massage
The hard work is over, now is the time to relax, recover and most importantly aid your
recovery. A combination of stretching and massage, this post event treatment will
ease your sore muscles, repair damaged cells and reduce the chance of injury.

A combination of volcanic stones and fragrant essential oils are used to massage the entire body from the tip of your toes to the crown of your head. The heated stones are placed on the chakra points to align and balance the energy centres, creating a truly relaxing state of mind along with complete surrender from the body. Through slow and long movements, feel your tension melt from your body, your worries disappear and leave your whole sense of wellness refreshed and replenished.

A relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure points to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles of the shoulder, neck, head and face. For most of us holding tension or stress in the shoulders or neck, this massage rebalances your body’s energy systems, reduces tension headaches, stimulates, relaxes and revives the entire head. This is a massage like no other, using ancient Indian massage techniques to increase circulation, reduces stress and leave you with a sense of complete euphoria.

Deep Tissue massage uses a combination of techniques to target large areas of tension or injury. Although not as intense as a Sports Massage, this massage will relax and ease muscle tension and increase your state of positive wellbeing. Unwind with long flowing movement between deeper techniques to reduce inflammation, pain and stiffness.
